You are the boots on the ground. That means putting up flyers, handing out cards, spreading the word at events, record stores, universities, and anywhere the DNB crowd shows up. You do not need to be online all day — you need to be out in the city, talking to people, and making sure Faded DNB stays visible in the physical world. If you already move through the St. Louis music scene and know the spots, you are exactly who we need.

StrategyOwns the strategy and schedule across all platforms
You will be the single point of accountability for what goes out, when, and why. That means building a monthly content calendar, briefing the content creators on what is needed, and maintaining a consistent voice across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You will make sure nothing gets missed around event dates and merch drops.

You will execute the content calendar brief — shooting clips at events, cutting short-form video, editing photos, and building graphics for posts. You need to be fast, consistent, and able to turn things around quickly. Experience with Reels and TikTok format is a must.

We run print-on-demand merch — no warehouse, no stock room. But someone still needs to keep an eye on the shop: making sure listings are live and accurate, tracking order issues, and coordinating the timing of drops with the social calendar.

You will be the voice in the comments, the DMs, and the group chats. Responding to followers, keeping energy up in our online spaces, flagging anything that needs escalating. You know the culture, you know the slang, and you know how to keep a community feeling alive.

DataTurns numbers into decisions for the platform and socials
You will pull reports from social platforms and the website, identify what is working, and feed that back to the team in plain language. You are comfortable in analytics tools, can spot a trend, and know the difference between a spike and actual growth.

Live EventsKeeps the audio side of every event running smooth
You will be hands-on at events from load-in to load-out. You need a basic understanding of audio tech: signal flow, speaker placement, running cables correctly. You should be comfortable around a mixer, know your XLR from your jack, and stay calm when troubleshooting mid-event.

Live EventsRuns the live visual show and event projection setup
You will operate Resolume during live events — projecting DJ names, event branding, and motion graphics. If you already know Resolume, great. If not but you are hungry to learn, we will work with you. This role can also stretch into flyer design and event artwork.

Web & TechKeeps the site healthy, updated, and running clean
You will be the second set of hands keeping fadeddnb.com in shape — running WordPress updates, keeping backups current, and handling the small edits and page tweaks that come up between events. You need to be comfortable in Elementor and know your way around the WordPress dashboard.
